COBRA- Health and/or Dental

ABBGI has contracted with Businessolver to administer the COBRA process for members in ABBGI.  Businessolver will process all required COBRA documentation and mail it out to members.  Those who elect COBRA will have three options to send in their payments directly to Businessolver.

ABBGI will assist the group leaders with the preparation of the required  ACA 1094/1095 forms.  Also, the electronic filing with the IRS will be handled by a TPA to ensure groups meet the required deadlines.

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
